My Professional Bio
Over the past decade, I've worked at the intersection of ops, project management, marketing, change management, customer experience, and team effectiveness. I’ve led cross-functional execution, built operational systems, and improved delivery across individual departments of 5-15 stakeholders. My work has spanned high-growth startups, agencies, new product launches, and even hotel openings—environments where priorities shift quickly, resources are limited, and teams must move fast without losing alignment.
I hold a MS in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, which gives me a unique perspective on organizational challenges. While many operational issues appear to be process problems on the surface, they are often rooted in communication breakdowns, competing priorities, unclear expectations, or misaligned stakeholders. My expertise lies in identifying those points of friction and creating practical solutions that help teams communicate more effectively, collaborate more seamlessly, and execute with greater confidence.
Colleagues have often described me as "the glue" that holds teams together. I'm a natural connector and problem solver who thrives in complexity. I enjoy bringing clarity to ambiguity, aligning people around shared goals, and building the systems and processes that allow organizations to scale without sacrificing culture, agility, or results.
As the daughter of a small business owner, I understand firsthand the challenges that come with running a business. I've seen the passion, resilience, and relentless problem-solving it takes to turn an idea into a successful organization. That experience shaped my career and sparked a desire to help businesses operate more effectively as they grow.
Today, I help growing organizations reduce operational friction, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and create the conditions for more sustainable growth.
