I’m Kerry, a creative problem-solver and process consultant passionate about working with small businesses and innovative brands.

As the daughter of a small business owner, I’ve experienced first-hand the challenges that come with running a business. I’ve always admired my fathers’ entrepreneurial spirit, and so it’s been my goal to leverage my unique strengths to help other business owners.

In addition to a Masters degree in Mediation & Alternative Dispute Resolution, I have a unique background blending marketing, customer service, training, change management, operations, and project management. I'm passionate about effective communication, and I possess a real knack for team collaboration and efficiency. So much so that I’ve been called “the glue” on several of my teams.

I’m a solutions-oriented creator, orchestrator, and arranger, who thrives in the midst of confusion and seemingly intractable problems. I’ve been a pivotal leader in various types of new ventures including startups, product launches, and even hotel openings.

My favorite question is “How do we solve X,Y,Z?!”. Let’s chat–I’d love to be a sounding board and explore how I can make an impact for your business.

  • The cornerstone of my past experience has been working with innovative brands and dynamic businesses. I’ve worked in-house as a marketing operations expert for several B2C e-commerce brands including those in the electronics/last mile transportation, athletic apparel/accessories, and cosmetics industries.

In addition to my own pursuits, I currently work as a Marketing Manager at the digital marketing agency Dia Creative, where I have the privilege of working with a wide range of B2B and B2C startups and small businesses in the areas of business insolvency, welding supplies, games, commercial packaging, gifting intelligence, and ski equipment. My focus at Dia is client relationship management, marketing strategy, creative operations, and process ideation and management.
